Our quick ship program allows us to ship from our midwest warehouse direct to you via UPS world pack system. For an estimate of the cost of shipping an item to your location, add it to your shopping cart and use the Shipping Estimator available on your shopping cart page to determine the estimated cost of shipping the package.

Your order will ship in 5-7 business days, unless otherwise specified.

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PURCHASE CAREFULLY UPON ARRIVAL. If you find that all or part of your order has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Claims for items damaged in shipping must be made within three (3) business days of receipt of goods.

Handling Fees

An additional handling fee to cover the cost of special packaging materials is added to the total of each order. For orders totaling $50 or less, the fee is $2.50. For all orders over $50, the fee is $5.00.

Packaging

Each product is packaged ready for UPS and includes a free care kit. Each care kit has care instructions, antistatic cleaning wipes along with cleaning towels and scratch removing paste.

Shipping Trunks

Due to the size of their packaging, our large trunks require special shipping by truck. There is a flat shipping fee of $98.00/each to ship each trunk style.
